 TBS 20s30s Screens S'rugim

We will be screening the Israeli TV series S'rugim over the course of the winter! S'rugim has been hailed as the Modern Orthodox version of Friends. Read more HERE . Screenings will be held in private, T-accessible homes. Location will be emailed to you upon sign up. The show will be screened in Hebrew with English subtitles.
We'll have screenings January 8, January 22, and February 7 (NOTE THE NEW DATE!). Feel free to sign up for one, two, or all three! (There are extensive recaps at the beginning of each episode.) Times are up in the air, so please vote on the sign up sheet.

 20s30s Scotch & Chocolate Tasting

Back by popular demand and as awesome as it sounds! Fine Scotch and fine chocolate -- two great tastes that taste great together, with complementary nuances of flavor, texture, and color. It's like an interactive science experiment with palate-pleasing biochemical compounds. Something for everyone!
Cost: $20 ($15 dues-paid TBS members), payable in cash at the door. This event will be held in a private home, T-accessible on the Red Line. Location will be emailed to you after we receive your reservation. Check back later for our sign up sheet. (Remember, this event sold out last time around!)

Join the TBS 20s&30s Group for an outing to Johnny D's to see the Israeli hip hop/funk band Hadag Nachash (check out their music HERE ). In place of our annual Purim dance, join us at the Boston Jewish Music Festival for dancing, live music, and good company at Johnny D's!
Tickets are $20 in advance, and must be purchased separately. Most of our group will be going to the 9:30 show, but there will likely be some people at the 7:30 show as well. 20s30s and NExT Shabbat Dinner

Join the Tremont St. 20s&30s and our NExT co-sponsors for Kabbalat Shabbat services and Friday night dinner! Egalitarian services in the main sanctuary at 6:30 pm, followed by fresh, homemade vegetarian (dairy) dinner downstairs. Join us for singing, eating, learning, schmoozing, and a generally joyous Shabbat experience.
EARLY registration: $18 general, $14 full-time students for signups received through the Wednesday before the dinner. LATE registration: $22 general, $18 students starting at 12:01am on Thursday. **Dues-paid TBS members always receive an additional $2 discount.**

 20s30s: Lag B'Omer BBQ

Join us for our famous Lag B'Omer BBQ! Lag B'Omer, the 33rd day of the Omer period between Pesach and Shavuot, is traditionally a day of outdoor festivity and bonfires. We'll provide kosher hamburgers and hot dogs (plus some alternatives) and all the fixings. Come eat, schmooze with friends new and old, toast marshmallows, and possibly break out a guitar or Frisbee.
Note to volunteers: setup help is welcome as of 5:30pm.
